A typical turnkey project runs 8 to 18 weeks depending on scope. You always know what's happening this week — and what's next.
Week 1
Discovery & site survey
We visit the space, measure everything, and define your brief, budget, and the way you actually want to live or work.
Weeks 2–4
Concept & design development
Spatial layouts, material palette, and photoreal visualisations until the design is unmistakably yours.
Week 5
Fixed-price proposal
One detailed estimate covering design, materials, and construction. You sign off knowing the final number.
Weeks 6–18
Turnkey construction
Our build crew takes over. Demolition, trades, joinery, and finishes — coordinated by a single project lead.
Final week
Styling & handover
We style, deep-clean, walk the snag list with you, and hand over a space that's ready to live in.
